How does the 100-night trial work?
Try your Cariloha mattress for a minimum of 30 nights and, if you don’t fall in love with it, return it within 100 days for a full refund. For returns or exchanges call our customer service team and we’ll arrange a pick-up, recycle the mattress, and help with your refund. You will need proof of purchase — either the original receipt or your order number — to qualify.
What kind of foundation can I put my mattress on?
We recommend a flat, uniformly solid surface to prevent sagging in the middle. Don’t place your mattress directly onto widely spaced slats, as this causes the memory foam to sag prematurely and voids the 10-year warranty. A box spring with slats no more than 3" apart, or 1/4" plywood on top of a box spring, are both recommended.
What is the warranty on the Cariloha mattress?
Our mattress carries a 10-year warranty covering manufacturing defects, which are detailed in full on our mattress warranty page.
Does the mattress control body temperature?
Yes. The Resort's top Signature Comfort Foam™ layer helps keep your body at a more neutral temperature, working alongside the breathable quilted cover and Flex-Flow perforations to keep you roughly three degrees cooler.
How long does it take to adjust to my new mattress?
If you are new to sleeping on a Cariloha mattress, allow an adjustment period of 60–90 days. Our memory foam contours to your body and responds to body heat, which is a very different sleeping surface than a traditional spring mattress. Give yourself the appropriate amount of time to adjust.
Why is the 100-night trial not available outside the contiguous US?
Unfortunately, if you live outside the contiguous US we don’t currently have a way to recycle unwanted mattresses — and we won’t send them to landfill. We are always looking for new partners to help us recycle in more locations, and we hope to amend this policy as local recycling services become available.
